[ABOUT THE BLANKETS] All of the Lush Life Blankets are made with Bernat Blanket Yarn.  This yarn is so soft and thick compared to most yarns.  I have found it to be one of the best brands I have ever worked with.  The Family Room Throw can be made with either the Bernat Blanket Yarn or the Lion Brand Yarn.  I like both.  The Bernat is softer, but the Lion Brand is thicker and gives a denser look to the pattern.

I will have a very hard time parting with any of these blankets.  It’s kind of crazy how it feels like each blanket becomes a part of you after spending so many hours on it.  I am currently making one for myself, because I like the pattern and style of the Lush Life Blanket so much.  It has a very thick and luxurious feel that I’ve never seen in my other crochet projects over the years.
